TherapyBlogging got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Design a whimsical logo for female healthcare providers!
Check out TherapyBlogging's Logo design contest…
Chanda Jothen (pinkoatmeal.com) and Meredith Castin (thenonclinicalpt.com) have teamed up to create an online course to help rehab professionals learn to create blogs. We started out as physical therapists (PTs), but then we created niche blogs that became successful—and we get asked all the time how we did what we did. We decided to create an affordable online course to help other rehab therapists (physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists) plan, build, grow, and monetize their own blogs. Our vibe is high-quality, but also very accessible, fun, and "you can do it" :) We'll primarily be targeting an audience of youngish women (28-40ish) who want more time to be able to work from home and spend time with their kids, travel, etc. Most of our readers will probably be treating clinicians who want to be able to go part-time and run their blogs the rest of the time...some might want to switch entirely to blogging. Physical therapists tend to be very caring and are sometimes perfectionists. Many are burdened with high loans and low pay, so we are hoping to keep the vibe of all this very empowering and encouraging! Both of us created pretty upbeat aesthetics with our respective sites, and we hope to have a logo that sort of blends our vibe since this is a collaboration project :) I would consider our industry a blend of education and healthcare. Thank you for your consideration, and feel free to reach out with questions!
Other color requirements
We would ideally like to use these colors: CF1955 (pink color from pinkoatmeal.com) and 01AEAC (teal color from thenonclinicalpt.com)...we're open to you taking complementary colors from our palettes, or you can come up with your own :)
Both of our site aesthetics are very whimsical and feminine. (pinkoatmeal.com) (thenonclinicalpt.com). We both use a lot of art and illustrations, and we probably want to keep that vibe. We've explored with blending our colors/fonts, and here's everything we use, just for reference: Pink Oatmeal Brand PO colors: CF1955 (pink) PO font: KG sorry not sorry The Non-Clinical PT Brand! TNCPT colors: Teal: 01aeac (accent colors below) Light teal: #d7faf8 Tomato: ff6346 Yellow: f0ff00 TNCPT fonts: American Typewriter, Roboto family, Caveat and Caveat Bold I've taken out information about using our faces in the logo, because I don't think that's a good fit for our brand. Thank you so much!
