WHAT WE DO- We’re spinning off our pre-cut processing division to form a new business. We will need three separate logos, all within a single brand architecture. The branding for these companies do not have to be identical, but they need to correlate. The company will be a spinoff from Hardie’s Fresh Foods, which has a very rustic feel. We use a lot of black and white, and the main colors for these new companies we had in mind were black, white and red- but we’re open to new ideas. The ideal new brand architecture should be a nod to Hardie’s, whether it’s a font in common or a black and white theme. Here’s the current business layout:
TARGET AUDIENCE- These companies will be geared towards a very male-driven audience and industry. Texas Pantry Co. will be the ‘fresh-cut’ company- this company pre-cuts fresh fruits & veggies for customers to save time. Texas Kitchen Co., will sell and make meals similar to what you would see in an airport or grocery store; fresh, pre-made salads, fruit cups, parfaits, sandwiches, etc. Our products are premium, high-end seasonal foods. Our buyers are professional chefs, aged 35-40, with an eye for design. Many pride themselves on tattoos and restaurant experience. They are attracted by fresh, local, organic flavors.
