About us
Padel (manchmal auch „Padel-Tennis“ genannt) ist die am schnellsten wachsende Sportart der Welt, die in Lateinamerika erfunden wurde und über Spanien Europa erobert hat. Manche beschreiben Padel als actionreiche Mischung zwischen Tennis und Squash. Padel bietet einen enormen Spaßfaktor und kann viel einfacher erlernt werden als sein „großer Bruder“ Tennis. Padel ist somit attraktiv für alle, egal welches Alter oder welches Talent man mitbringt. Natürlich ist Padel auch als Leistungssport enorm attraktiv, was zahlreiche internationale Wettbewerbe mit riesigem Medieninteresse zeigen. Viele Promis wie Jürgen Klopp, Hansi Flick, Zinedine Zidane oder Zlatan Ibrahimovic sind aktive Padelspieler und sogar Clubbetreiber. Spektakuläre Ballwechsel sind von Beginn an garantiert, da die Grundtechnik sehr schnell erlernt ist. Gezählt wird wie beim Tennis. Gespielt wird üblicherweise zwei gegen zwei. Alle vier Wände können ins Spiel miteinbezogen werden, was zusätzliche Action bringt.
