I am an ex-graphic designer who used to design when I was much younger now I am a passionate entrepreneur who loves business. I always design for family and friends but can't seem to do it when it's for me!
I also love technology and have many different skills. This new company I would like to start will have a massive design focus because I feel that good design in process, policies, technology, media, marketing and brand are all vital to making a company successful and stand out from its competitors.
My personal view on design:
Design can shape and shift perception, dictate culture and influence decisions. It is an integral function that empowers an organisation's marketing and product/service innovation efforts.
LanguageLead's target audience will include the following:
+ Small to Medium Sized Businesses
+ Large Multinationals and Corporates
+ Government Organisations
Most of these people are looking for a name that looks trusted, reputable, strong and a name that stands for something.
Amongst the above categories include advertising/creative agencies, banks, lawyers, various government departments, consumer product companies and mining and resource organisations.
+ Design of logo for a professional, young, fresh and up & coming translation company which offers translation, localisation and on-site interpreting in over 80 languages.
+ Considering LanguageLead is a new, fresh, young, up & coming start up - it should still have a strong corporate feel about it whilst balancing it's design and technology culture.
+ Colour concepts can be any colours but need to exclude the colour 'blue'.
+ Please remember this organisation is 'global by nature' and may have offices open in any part of the world so it needs to have a global feel.
+ This industry is labelled a 'cottage industry' so looking big is a major differentiation.
+ I don't mind using only black as a colour (some might argue its not a colour).
+ OR I dont mind using all the colours to stand out (eg. Google).
+ LanguageLead is a translation company that deals with many different cultures, diversity, multinationals and works across the globe.
CONCEPTS (that can be used), Optional Only:
+ Globe, world, one world
+ Culture and Diversity (colours etc.)
+ Lion (is an industry word: L10N = "localization" as there are 10 letters in between the "L" and "N")
