How GenerationRose started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
"Generation Rosé" or "genrosé" or "Gen Rosé"- You can play with capitalization...
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a wine brand that uses content marketing and parties to promote and sell wine directly to our customers. Our target audience is the middle to upper class millennial demographic in US and European metropolitan areas. We partner with companies like: Yacht Week, Chubbies, Snapchat, etc.
Our wines should be drank with friends for fun or celebrating big events. We picture a beautiful setting (like a yacht on an ocean, lake, or bay), music, laughing, dancing, and an all around good time anytime you drink our wine.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Food & Drink
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
We're thinking gold and/or silver accents... but feel free to do your own thing.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Like the circular design primarily. Looks a little too old school overall though.
Clean. Modern. Millennials like clean.
Again, clean and modern. A little elegant as well.
Don't like the font. No sarifs please. Enjoyed the rhino itself.
Basic. Circular. Would want name though, not just an image.
Modern, clean. No sarifs.
Font sucks, but well composed.
Clean, simple, modern. Hip.
Super creative. Don't like the font. Like color scheme.
Want our name. But this is clean and very modern... maybe too modern?
No wine grapes, wine leaves, wine glasses, corkscrews, etc... we want to represent the lifestyle we represent over the wine itself.
We've also toyed with the idea of having the "o" in Rosé be a modern minimalist rose outline.
The ideal winning logo should look good in both a "Generation Rosé" and "GenRosé" version (with capitalization is up to you).
