This new entity has been derived as an annex to our core business practice, which is New Home Consulting ( Under the existing banner of "Build Your Dream Home", in a regional area in Victoria Our specialty is identifying and tailoring specific New home packages that are in sync with each clients individual needs, goals and objectives. By this we firstly identify the clients financial feasibility based on their level of wants and desires to ascertain an expected price scope. Then we specifically seek a range of options or land, together with house designs to merge their desires with their dollars.
What has been identified with our research is that when people start to seek initial information about a new building project,they look at established house & land packages within the market in an attempt to guage what they will get for their money.
Hence, this web presence has been designed to capture those people expressing interest in building, to be able to offer them a sample and range of pre-determined House & land packages, but also, to offer them many additional tools and resources that will assist the cleints to guide their own project towards a reality.
