Brightline Solutions
Brightline Solutions has created an online product called the IA Act Unwrapped which is a subscription-based Regulatory Library for investment advisers. It contains Rules, Plain English Descriptions of the Rules, Enforcement Cases, etc. Our goal is to offer clear, concise information that isn’t available in such a format anywhere else, as reflected in our tagline: “Clarity & Understanding for the Workplace”.
A “bright line rule” is a clearly defined rule or standard.
So, the personality of the company is professional, legal, securities and banking industry-related.
Our audience is Investment Adviser Compliance Officers and Legal Staff, and Securities Attorneys.
The two main requirements is that the logo must say Brightline Solutions and must contain a bright line (the line, or lines, however, don’t necessarily need to be straight lines).
The logo must coordinate with
color swatch attached (no garish colors), but we don’t have to only stick to the colors already used on the website. We do, however, really like the clean, crisp look of the website.
The logo must be able to look good printed on a white business card as well as look good on the website.
No “cutesy” images. The logo has to look serious, legal, professional.
