Karosta did a great job with my logo and stood out from the start. He takes input well and gives several designs for one idea. I will use him again for any future projects. Also he does a great job of asking the questions that need to be asked to keep it moving in the right direction. I am not great on computers and was worried how this was going to go but he made it super easy!

The newly founded “becker objektraum GmbH & Co. KG” company, whose core business is the real estate development sector, requires an innovative logo design.
The company works in the field of commercial real estate development and repositioning of real estate in the sector of retail, office, as well as mixed use properties (office & logistics, office & laboratory, office & manufacturing).
It is very important to mention that the company is not active in the residential real estate sector.
The day to day business involves the acquisition of properties, gaining building permission, coordinating construction plans, negotiating lease contracts with tenants and negotiating loans for funding. They also coordinate architects, engineers and building companies.

Characters such as seriousness, reliability and sustainability. It should symolize trust, emphasize the company’s uniqueness and should be simple yet memorable, with a high recognition value.
In addition it should be factual yet have a young, fresh and dynamic effect.
The logo should be modern and look upscale even in large formats.
It also has to be suitable for business cards, letterheads, placards, rubber stamp and for printing in black and white.
“sichtbare Qualität durch Erfahrung” [translation: visible quality through experience]
The slogan can also be included in the design; however the logo together with the name “becker objektraum” should also be usable without the slogan, too.
It should not be humorous.
The color orange should not be used.
