We are a small, agile, and historically successful real estate investment company based out of San Diego, California. We invest in all types of commercial real estate, primarily in the Southwestern United States. While small and agile, we have been in business for approximately 15 years and have been very effective at providing outstanding returns to our investors. We have a great reputation amongst all those we work with, be they brokers, sellers, investors, buyers, or contractors.
The culture and personality of the firm that we want to convey is professional, successful, and effective. Something that conveys no muss and no fuss, just a high quality firm with intelligent, hard working, honest, and efficient people.
If you'd like to read more about our company, what we do, and what we've done, etc., you may visit our website at http://www.pacventures.net.
1) Prospective and existing investors -- the folks that provide us with their money and trust us to invest it wisely and provide them with solid returns.
2) The real estate community -- these are the people that we work with on a day to day basis. They include real estate brokers, other real estate firms, construction contractors and the like. The whole community is very deal-making oriented.
We want our new logo to be professional and clean looking, something that will stand out when we place it on business cards, stationary, our website, or anywhere else.
We do not need the entire word "incorporated" spelled out as it is in our current design.
The goals we would *like* to accomplish with this logo redesign are as follows:
1) To represent what we do (commercial real estate). Stylized building concepts may be effective here, but again, open to creative takes.
2) To represent our location (San Diego, California, Pacific Coast). We think this is probably some kind of wave concept. Maybe a palm tree? If you have a good idea, please bring it to the table (or send a message with the idea before you work on it and I'll let you know what I think).
We will be active in providing feedback to the designers working on this contest and look forward to getting some really great submissions!
