Food & Drink
We are an outdoor food vendor that works primarily in large events and big festivals. We are targeting individuals between 20-40 with annual income of 50-110k annually. Our customer appreciates good food and the dining experience, believes in a brand and it's story, and isn't afraid to spend a dollar or two more for a quality product.
We've started a pinterest board for design inspiration here: https://pin.it/jtvzsut37ksu5o The stands are run by myself and my partner. We are both lifetime members of the hospitality industry. I've been in fine-dining in NYC for years and he's helped run the family Italian restaurant in Mount Sinai, NY. Our aesthetic is clean, neat, and modern meets old school. We appreciate brands similar to Carbone in NYC. The idea of taking an old school food or experience, and rebranding it to something that relates to today's consumer. We are not against having an item as part of the logo. For instance, our primary product is called a Porchetta sandwich. It's made by seasoning a skin-on pork belly with sage, rosemary, thyme and fennel. We tied the porchetta into a log and then roast it for 5-6 hours. (See pics for final product). We then thinly slice the porchetta and put it on ciabatta bread with a broccoli rabe pesto. We also make a special fried potato seasoned heavily with italian herbs and cheeses and served in a little kraft paper boat. All of this can be served with our housemade soda, which is a mixture of seasonal fruits, fresh herbs, sugar and vinegar.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at £239.
