Mein Konzept ist in einer guten Lage. Viele meiner Kunden sind Schüler:innen (Alter 16-28 Jahre). Es ist ein großes Krankenhaus in der nähe, wo viele Patienten:innen, Mitarbeiter:innen und Gäste zu meinen Kunden:innen zählen. Aber auch ein Industriegebiet ist ganz in der nähe. Mein Konzept ist kein Klassisches Restaurant. Es muss schnell gehen und trotzdem Exklusiv. Viele verschiedene Getränke aber nicht typisch Cola, Fanta, Sprite etc....
