Think “Harley Davidson meets Sons of Anarchy with a Room 101 cigar.”
Should be tattoo-style and grungy, but NOT “gang art.” This logo will be stamped into metal, so it should not be overly-complicated. As such, a FLAT design is critical (no gradients), no more than 2-3 colors, and must be able to reduced to a single color. The Harley logo is ideal for that. Needs to be an emblem, so we'd prefer an outline or circular shape, as opposed to free-floating text.
The logo mark should include an anvil in silhouette.
Looking for the name to be enveloped in a shape, rather than a word mark or a pictorial mark.
While we want “edgy,” keep in mind that we're appealing to white-collar professionals who want to let their wild side loose a bit. Wicked Anvil is not an urban or street brand.
