No particular color pallet, just make it look very professional, solid, and interesting. Appraisals are usually done in cities rather than in more rural areas. Please do not have any cartoon or boring stock logos of a house. Abstract house representation is okay, but is not required. It is a company run by one principal owner and 3 employees. It operates all over California.
