New Logo for Australian Parenting Website

http://www.kidpsot.com.au is the #1 website for parents in Australia. We are launching a sister site to assist with SEO and give the company another site for content and links.

bold, clean, modern - no bubbles or unecessary design elements please

We would like a modern, simple, straightforward logo for the new sister website to Kidspot - called Parenting Resources.  The logo should NOT mention Kidspot but rather look like something that could be complimentary to the original site's identity.  This is NOT a must - it can be a completely new look if it's strong enough. The logo should communicate: authority, useful AND easy to understand and engage with.  The name needs to be clear and bold in the design (it does NOT have to include the ".com.au" url extension but can). We have been involved in the development of 2 other logos/businesses that will probably give you a feel for the sort of "look" we favour - please check out http://www.seek.com.au  and http://www.kidspot.com.au . The logo is likely to live primarily online as opposed to on t-shirts, print ads, etc.
