Headquartered in Dubuque, Iowa, WCI is a dynamic, employee owned Media Company, comprised of mass and niche media products as well as niche marketing and communication services. Our mass-media mix serve local communities in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin, while our niche products, marketing and communication services reach local, regional, national, and international markets.
With so much change in media consumption habits, new technology and segmentation, it is important for WCI to continue to evolve and diversify in order to continue providing solutions for local merchants to help them grow their business – something we’ve always done. The aim of launching Fence Talk Digital is to expand our opportunities to unite local advertisers with their customers wherever they may be.
