The target audience is everyone who knows what a printer is and that it needs a refill on occasion. However, more specifically, Cartridge King will be focusing on two main groups :-
1. Govt institutions and large corporations
2. Individuals shopping at retail outlets
Cartridge King will be the first local manufacturing facility, and will compete with the likes of original manufacturers such as HP, EPSON, CANON, etc. It must be a clean cut and professional looking logo, not too cartoony.
Key selling points :-
King :- Through the price, print quality, print quantity and availability, the KING element should be the foremost portrayed concept as stands well above its competitors in these fields.
Precision :- Laser printers were a revolutionary concept as it carries with it the idea of laser precision.
Colour:- Although the majority of sales will be for administrative black and white printing, the logo must be bursting with colour. It needn’t be every colour available but very strong and vibrant colours.
The logo will be used on packaging materials, promotional materials, and company stationary. As a result, it will need to be vectorized and any other graphic terms used to describe its ability for shape changing without losing its integrity.
