Globe Homes and Condos is a company with its main business in vacation home rentals. We are looking for a modern, clean logo that has global appeal and that stands out without screaming. It should show well both with and without the tagline.

 Globe Homes and Condos’ main business is the vacation homes rental market. The majority of our homes are currently in Los Angeles, Palm Springs and Miami, but will soon also include homes and condos in Amsterdam, New York , Rio and more.

Currently we are focusing on Vacation rentals, but are also planning to offer vacation concierge services, go into property management and eventually possibly real estate sales.

The logo needs to have global appeal. It needs to be able to present itself well WITH the tagline “Vacation Rentals and more†as well as WITHOUT.All the words: Globe Homes and Condos should be included in the logo. Especially as our URL is http://www.globehomesandcondos.comThe logo has to show well on a white background as well as light grey/grey background. I would like you to include some warmer colors (preferably orange), together with a blue (reminders of blue skies and oceans). We are currently in the process of finalizing the website, which will be using a similar color scheme.It has to look modern and clean as well as professional.
