Logo for Local Search Company

I am looking for a logo for a local search company. Our target audience is small to medium-sized businesses so the logo needs to appeal to a professional crowd but should also have some "pop" and brandability.

This project is really beginning with a blank slate. I have no pre-conceived vision of what the logo should look like. I want to leave that up to you.  

Some small things I would add are the following. I want the logo to look great on stationery, business cards, website etc. It's also really important that the logo be brandable. My goal is to build a long term business and I want people to eventually associate the logo with the company if I can do a good enough job marketing it.

So, while the logo needs to be professional in appearance, it also needs a little "pop" to create the brandability. I would like the .com included in the logo as well as the tagline " Get listed. Grow profits." I'd prefer not to see any 3D type designs and please avoid funky fonts.
