wnw got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Logo - Mixed Martial Arts Web Site
Check out wnw's Logo design contest…
Develop a unique logo for our new web site.
What's your vision?
Desired Color Scheme: Obtain colors from: http://www.24mma.com/index.php Accepted File Formats: Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff) We are currently developing a mixed martial arts web site (24MMA.com) to go along with our already highly popular wrestling web site, WrestlingNewsWorld.com. If you go to http://www.24mma.com/index.php you can see the design is the same as our Wrestling web site, just a different color. This contest is to develop a unique, professional looking logo that we can place at the top of 24MMA.com and use on other items such as promotional materials. Feel free to be creative when making this logo. The only text it should contain is "24MMA.com". I would really like a cartoon-type fighter in the logo. Use the current design to come up with the colors! We want to have a distinct character we can use to market. Both of these logos are good examples of distinct characters: http://www.pwunleashed.com/gfx/top1.jpg (The Wrestler) http://www.hostgator.com/images/logo.gif (The Gator) Good luck!
