Logo Needed For Fitness Center

We are completely redesigning our brand and want to START with a new logo! We are a beautiful facility, located in a small town in northern California. We are looking for a bold logo to define who we are to our clients. Get creative! We are looking for fresh ideas and have no color specifications excep no teal or "look & feel" specs. Have fun with this.

Sonora Sports & Fitness Center

We are seeking a new logo design to be used online and for printed materials. You may go to http://www.sonorasportsandfitness.com to reference information about the business but please DO NOT USE THIS AS INSPIRATION FOR YOUR DESIGN. We are going to do a complete website redesign around the new logo. Feel free to read our newsletter or to view photos of our fitness center to get an idea of who we are. Our mission is to provide an educational, nurturing, safe, and healthy environment for our members. We would like to be portrayed as a community-minded, small town gym where we treat our members like family while maintaining a high quality, big-city feel, facility. We are very committed to our members and have the biggest (and best) gym in the area. We proudly offer services for all ages from the very young to senior citizens and pride ourselves on knowing our members as individuals. We do not have a color preference except that we do not want the current color (teal) used anywhere in the logo. Please be sure to review the comments as the contest goes along as we may decide on a color scheme based on your submissions. Because we will be using this logo in a variety of ways we will need the art in a vector format.
Note: I will NOT begin giving feedback until Tuesday April 22nd to allow time for submissions. Rest assured I will be diligent about daily feedback from Tuesday on so check back frequently. Good luck everyone. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
