Our brand name is: alive (lower case)
We are a startup company located in Philadelphia that is building a social platform online for people in metropolitan areas to modernly find food, shelter, and clothing.*
* Dont think homeless. Think Restaurants, Apartments and Clothing Stores like H&M or Bananna Republic.
Our personality and brand we would like our logo to reflect is the same principles based on Googles design: useful, fast, simple, engaging, innovative, universal, profitable, beautiful, trustworthy, and personable.
PLEASE READ AND INCORPORATE INTO DESIGN:

Our target market is two-fold:
Our CLIENTS will be restaurant owners, rental agents and retail stores that sell clothes. Our logo needs to be personable and trustworthy. It needs to be universal; it needs to blend and work with the mentioned elements and their brands as well.
The USERS of our platform are between the ages of 20-45. They have Facebook and Twitter profiles. They use Yelp and frequently shop in major US cities.
- lower case
- useful, fast, simple, engaging, innovative, universal, profitable, beautiful, trustworthy, and personable.
- incorporates that our site is built around finding food, shelter, clothing (see above notes)
(The actual logo will depend upon the regional location and its area code. The logo and word alive is our main concern, but we also need the numbers 215 to be included. We are branding ourselves as the "alive" platform but to get to our site you add the area code = http://www.215alive.com or http://www.808alive.com etc.
Flexible Options: Colors, Shapes, Sizes :)
What we like and what we are targeting out platfrom to turn into:
We like the simplcity of logos like facebook, yelp, amazon.
