How Technovestor started their logo design journey
We’re a property management company that specializes in managing residential properties and servicing mortgage payments. We’d like an eye-catching but modern logo that represents our professionalism and complete property management service offering.
TurnKey Rentals and Mortgage Management
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We’re a property management company that specializes in managing residential properties and mortgage payments. We handle the entire rental process from advertising the available rental to the market to handling repairs for late night plumbing problems. We also provide tenant placement and accounting. We also collect loan and mortgage payments for private investors. We provide monthly and annual performance reports as well as overall market condition reports to our clients.
We’ve been managing rental property for over 10 years and are ready to make it a formal business and offer our services to the general public. Hence, the reason for a professional logo. We’d like to use our logo to begin branding the marketplace with who we are and what we do here in Jacksonville Florida.
The ideal logo will communicate our commitment for customer service, our no headache management style and our hassle free maintenance programs for tenants and landlords. We’d like an eye-catching but modern logo that represents our professionalism in the business. Most of our competitors limit the areas they manage, the maintenance amount of work they perform or the types of property. They also have more of a “mom and pop” type presence vs. a corporate presence.
Our target market are landlords that recently became landlords due to the current market conditions and anyone who’d like to build a long term rental portfolio.
The logo will be used on business cards, For Rent signs, websites, T-shirts and embroidered on polo shirts. We’re also looking for assistance with a website once the logo is finalized.
- The design should work in color for web usage, as well as black and white for one-color print applications
- Part of the logo should be a strong, modern looking, graphic symbol (non-text) that can also work as a stand alone visual identity
- Design should be reversible so logo can work on light/white background OR dark background
- Should work as a watermark
- Video game look or feel
- Difficult to read
- Colors that are difficult to implement or integrate into the web design
