setacity got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Logo for Software Consulting Company
Check out setacity's Logo design contest…
The name of our company is Softangent Systems Limited. We are looking for a logo using primarily variants of the color blue/black/white. See our website for color examples. http://www.softangent.com/ The logo will be placed on our website at the top left of the page above the navigation tabs. The logo should stand out on the page.
Softangent Systems Limited
What's your vision?
Tagline: None Desired Color Scheme: Blue, and potentially black/white Desired Style: Clean lines, and high contrast. Accepted File Formats: Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai) We like white space in and around our logo, but don't let this limit your creativity. The design of the logo can be completely arbitrary if you like, it doesn't need to encompass the idea of software or the initials of the company name. Any shapes and colors that will look good on our website and on business cards. We also like sharp, clean lines. The logo-image should be nicely placed next to our name text (simply "Softangent", without "Systems Limited"), but the logo-image should be able to stand alone if we wanted to use it on the corner of a business card or letter head. This site (http://www.urbangreenenergy.com/) is a good example because the logo and company name look good together, but the three-leaf-logo could stand alone. Another good example of this philosophy is Symantec (http://www.symantec.com/index.jsp). We will strive to provide feedback several times per day, so please feel free to post a concept at any time.Â
