marilen got their new logo design by running a design contest:
$150 - Logo for SugarShorty's Knit Designs
Check out marilen's Logo design contest…
Logo needed. Partial drawing or shape of a woman's body wearing knitted shorts. The shorts area needs to be the focus, so maybe from the shorts up, OR from right below breast area to right below bottom, showing some thigh. Name "SugarShorty's" must be included (all one word, or 2 separate words). Try different, fun fonts. I prefer cursive font. PLEASE READ COMPLETE BRIEF.
What's your vision?
Desired Color Scheme: Black outline, with color knitwear. Desired Style: see full description Accepted File Formats: vector format I am a knitwear designer (and knitting teacher) specializing in (but not l;imited to) lower body wear. My "product" and service is lessons, as well as the patterns (instructions) for my unique designs. For the logo, In needs the bottoms of a woman wearing knitted shorts. i want the shortsto be low-waist style, and to have belt loops and maybe even a belt, but it all has to be visibly made of the SAME KNITTED fabric. I am flexible with the colors for now. The drawing of a back view of the body, or kind of sideways, but definitely showing the back the most. The shorts have back POCKETS, in one of which there knitting needles are sticking out from, OR she could be holding them in her hands. A ball of yarn is optional, and if you do include it, she probable needs to be holding it in her hands somehow. So, her hands could be in the drawing. I would like for the logo to somehow reflect her personality. I envision a logo that represents a VERY CURVY woman. I want to represent a fresh, active, fun, creative, crafty, thrifty, sexy, sporty, motivating, laid-back, spicy woman. She makes it seem easy to achieve the finished KNITTED products, such as the shorts she's wearing. I do not want a strip-club style image. I want it to be professional yet fun and interesting. Unique.
