I am very outgoing and have a mind of my own; I encourage healthy confrontation and out of the box thinking which have cost me several jobs over the past few years. I like cutting edge, unique approaches to things and am very careful to do my research and due diligence prior to jumping in with both feet. Although I do like surprises and will often taken plunge quickly as i have the ability to determine risk very quickly. I have owned and managed several successful businesses in the past and am looking forward to another homerun.
