How Bisharat Photography started their logo design journey

Bisharat Photography is an established photography business that needs a new look. We work with mostly children and families, but also do seniors and weddings. We need a look that can translate all aspects of our business. We want something simple and elegant. The logo will be all over our website, Facebook page, Twitter page, and blog. It will also be imprinted on all of our marketing pieces not to mention our packaging. We would also like an accompanying circular watermark to put on images for print and the web. If possible would like to see some designs using my current color scheme of red/black...white Black and the red is #881007. Also, my studio has a lot of animal print. Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The market is for current and new clients. We want a cohesive look to all of our pieces and identities. We currently use a few different logos for different things and want to make everything consistent.
Our customers are casual, easy going, and are used to high quality. They are upper to middle class. They vary in age from 30-40. I shoot lots of babies, teenagers, families, births, and some events.
I am after a simple and clean design. I want something that looks timeless and that will not look dated in the next 5 years. This logo will be on every marketing piece and packaging material and needs to look like it belongs whether it be for a 16 year old or for a wedding.
The watermark is where you are free to be creative. It needs to unobtrusive as it will be on prints that my clients purchase at a low opacity.
I am attaching logo designs that I like and would like something with a similar feel. I like that the logos are simple and the watermark shows some of our personality.
