Making this logo more current and web2.0 like

I have an initial draft of a logo which I really like, it's very clean and bold, but it's not quite web2.0 enough. I'm looking to make it more current by having it redesigned in line with the current web2.0 trends (pastille colours, bright, friendly etc.) Please post on a plain white background.

The logo in question is for a site called cholio.com (see http://www.cholio.com for the existing logo).

It incorporates the name and a graphical illustration of a folder / portfolio. I'm flexible on the typeface within reason and the colour to a degree (although I'm not keen on yellow or orange). Once the logo is finished, I intend to create another competition for the site to go with it - this will be along the lines of other friendly web2.0 sites such as skype, feedrinse, crazyegg etc.
