NEMETSCHEK ALLPLAN mit dem Hauptsitz in München ist ein internationales mittelständisches Unternehmen, dass sich seit über 30 Jahren am Markt behauptet. Wir entwickeln und vertreiben u.a. eine leistungsstarke CAD-Software. Hauptzielgruppe sind Architekten, Ingenieure, Facility Manager und am Bau- und Planungsprozess beteiligte > BIM = Building Information Modeling. Zusätzliche Informationen finden Sie auf www.nemetschek-allplan.de NEMETSCHEK ALLPLAN ist der Firmenname und unsere Software/das Produkt nennt sich Allplan. Im Zuge eines Rebrandings wird das Wort NEMETSCHEK aus unerem bisherigen Firmennamen "NEMETSCHEK ALLPLAN" entfallen. Zusätzlich entfallen auch alle Gestaltungs-Elemente aus dem bisherigen Logo. Z.B. die bunten Striche (Pluralitätsstrang) oder das Kreiselement aus dem Produktlogo. (Alle Details siehe Bildanhang altes CI). Das neue Firmenlogo (Wortmarke) soll nun "ALLPLAN" mit dem Slogan "A NEMETSCHEK COMPANY" werden. Hierzu gibt es einige Vorgaben und Kriterien die bei der Ausarbeitung beachtet werden sollen. Ziel & Aufgabe: 1.) Entwickeln Sie ein neues Firmenlogo für unsere Company - Das Logo besteht nur aus dem Namen "ALLPLAN" - Die Logo Buchstaben müssen "Versalien" sein - Das Logo enthält kein grafisches Symbol - Eine Verknüpfung der Buchstaben z.B. um hier Individualität zu schaffen stellt kein Problem dar. - Das Logo ist einfarbig - Das Logo enthält den Slogan "A NEMETSCHEK COMPANY" - Der Slogan ist Arial Regular und wird wie im Brandguide (Bilder siehe Anhang) mit dem Logo verknüpft. - Bitte entwickeln Sie mehrere Varianten. Darunter Einmal eine Abwandlung der Schrift "Rotis Sans Serif" und einmal eine Anlehnung an das "bulthaup" Logo. 2.) Entwickeln Sie zusätzlich das neue ALLPLAN Logo mit der Verwendung für folgende Bereiche weiter: Architecture | Engineering | Building Information Modeling | Facility Management Gestalten Sie hierzu vier unterschiedliche Icons und beziehen Sie vier verschiedene Farben für die Bereich mit ein. Modern and abstract logo

Logo design done for general contracting and home building company, one of several branches under one umbrella where water/sea theme dictates the branding. Makara is mythological creature with not so appealing look, so I went for more abstract and out of the box approach for this design. Featuring a trident in main role, design smartly combines it with residential/building concept in one minimalistic and flat icon. Maybe a stretch but trident facing down carries a bit of inital letter M, which client loved. Design is done in precise, almost geometric style, but we ended up with additional version where bottom part mimics water reflection.

Flower of life, reimagined
Brand new logo design for Origin, commercial/residental building group. As per client's request logo was to be built on Flower of Life, sacred geometrical shape with six fold symmetry. As ancient as it is, symbol can be seen everywhere, so to make it more unique, I built this design on same geometry yet with hexagon as a base shape. Central hex coresponds to company initial and features accented teal shade to contrast soft gray. Paired with modern sans serif lettering, icon comes in flat and spherical 3D look providing plethora of variations to main brand logo.

City panorama modern line-work logo

Client approached to me needing logo for Orebro fair about building new apartments, living areas and urban planning. He had idea of integrating building crane within medium city skyline silhouette. I didnt wanted to make it so complicated and didnt think crane was a good idea but after some discussion with client and figuring out purpose of this logo I decided to give it a try. I used simple outlines of various building and house shapes, creating visually interesting skyline and integrated building crane with few details on it. With a touch of couple tree shapes it really stood out and I think it was major improvement over previous logo they had. Client was really happy with results and hope it will be even happier when it goes live.

Minimal Clever Logo

Render West are consultants to architects, construction firms, engineers, marketers and real estate agencies; West Island Media can convert 2D plans and 3D designs into renderings, AR/VR experiences for display in ARch One mobile app and other VR/AR devices. They help their clients create Rhino, Sketchup and Revit static renders, augmented and virtual reality presentations that will showcase their architectural skills and the quality of their designs in the most effective way possible. Client needed something that was "simple" yet complicated enough to represent 3d architecture. The design created was one of 'impossible drawings' inspiration at the same time the letter 'r' was used to create the impossible shape. It represented architectural and the brand in the most simple and effective way.
