Desired Color Scheme: red, (gray or white) Desired Style: politically neutral, non-profit feel, pro human-rights Accepted File Formats: Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff) -The design should not be too flashy-- simple and easy on the eyes. - The use of the color red is required. -This site is non-profit -Pro-humanitarian -Politically neutral   - Open ended -- I am not looking for anything in particular -- it is likely that the winner will be the one that captures the vision of site itself that is made in the statement. - imagery that incorporates what is known as the 'Mass Games' with a hint of socialist realism will win my preference.
