We are an online travel website based in South Africa. Our site is http://www.travelsupermarket.co.za. We allow people to quickly and easily compare all the airlines flying the route they want and then they can choose the cheapest and book and pay online. We do both domestic and international flights/airlines. People can also compare car hire and book online, as well as search for and book accommodation within South Africa and a few other African countries. We are a small company with big dreams, and we provide exceptional service and support to our customers.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Really anyone that travels.
90% of our visitors are from South Africa. Some have booked online before, however directly with the airlines and are new to the whole concept of comparing flights before they book. Others are booking online for the first time. We are looking to target anyone who wants the convenience and savings that comes with searching for and booking travel (car hire, flights, accommodation) online.
-It needs to have the full url in the logo (Travelsupermarket.co.za) and it also needs the strapline, which is:
Fly Drive Stay
-We do not want to be too techy, but want to keep the logo fun and light-hearted. However we do not want it to be childish. I want the logo to look professional, but that we are still approachable and easy to understand/work with/book through.
It needs to be clean and not too complicated.
-The logo should be suitable for use on our website, as well as business cards, letterhead and merchandise (t-shirts, coffee cups, etc).
It will also be used on the accommodation directory of the site: http://www.travelsupermarket.co.za/…omodation/
-We are based in South Africa, so whether you want to use the SA flag colours is up to you. We might be changing the current header image so do not worry about trying to match that. It might also be interesting to see a more simple colour pallet being used.
-Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo
-The files we will require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
Also, the logo will soon be used in a rpint campaign and the requirements for that are – at least 300dpi and a decent file size (A6 or A5)
Have fun and let me know if you have any questions
