We also allow businesses to add webinars to their emails, improving the way businesses interact with their audiences.
Automated content scheduling, overviews and editing functionality of payments and contacts we save small businesses time and resources.
Who is the organisation selling Smart Tools?
Netleaders is a MLM company that will be selling this piece of software. MLM is a marketing strategy for the sale of products or services where a group of independent distributors create ‘downlines’ so that everyone can profit from selling more units.
Who is Smart Tools targeted at?
Small business owners and decision makers. Also other distributors in NetLeaders i.e. distributors will need to excite other distributors about Smart Tools so that they can sell the software and create a downline of income.

Businesses can easily set up shopping carts to allow customers to checkout with their credit card.
If the business is a subscription-based service they can set up recurring payment plans. This allows customers to be charged on a weekly or monthly basis.
Businesses can easily check paid or declined payments, customer details and when their next payment is due. This allows businesses to forecast sales and gives a clear overview of their revenue.
Contact manager enables users to easily store and find contact information, such as names, addresses and telephone numbers. Businesses can import and exports contacts, create lead lists, evaluate the value of those leads and even make and log phone calls.
Businesses can set up email templates with the designs that suit their brand best. They can also insert their contacts names in a click of a button, insert audio and video clips, social media links, documents and nearly any form of content they desire.
These emails can be scheduled at a time when users are active and likely to open them. These emails can be sent to all contacts or specific lists e.g. football lovers.
Businesses can select beautiful webinar templates then insert them into their emails. Business customers can select the webinar to start immediately or schedule the webinars for a time that suits their audiences.
Because these webinars can be pre-recorded, it gives the customer the impression that the video is live, increasing the audiences connection with the brand. After the webinar is completed there is a finish page with a call to action.
Users can connect their social media accounts to schedule posts to all major social media platforms.
Users can collect data by asking their sites visitors simple questions, these emails can also be stored and reused when implementing email manager campaigns.
