Accepted File Formats: Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai) Logo should be built from the following "sw1a.net". Requirements are as follows: * Letters in logo may be in upper or lower case or a mixture of both depending on designer preference. * The following colours must be avoided, Red, Blue, Yellow, Black or Green as they denote a political preference. * Logo must be designed for a white background. * Required for web and print * .EPS format * Design should be simple and elegant with no more than 3 colours and if possible just 2. * Designer may add to logo by limited use of images if s/he thinks it is appropriate. * Logo should reflect a neutral political bias. * No taglineÂ

We are a small industrial park that is going to have 8-10 metal buildings for either small business and/or hobby shops. We did not want an industrial park with just concrete and ugly metal buildings, so we have kept all the large oak trees and cottonwoods on our property (hence part of the name “Oaks”) and want it to be an industrial park that’s more classy and aesthetically pleasing. Buildings will likely be a light/dark gray combo. The “Copper” in our name came from my husband and I’s anniversary date added together - the atomic number is 29. It’s just an industrial park now but we have visions to add food trucks, host car shows, etc. I was envisioning a logo with an oak tree(s) in it somehow but am open to other ideas. Thanks!

Design is derived from the name 10 - 4 suggesting the natural sun protection during the high-risk hours of 10.00 AM AND 4.00 PM. Brandmark is paired with bespoke typeface created for the parent brand.
