Our company is a Real Estate & Property Investment Brokerage located on the southern coast of Nicaragua.
We are looking for a warm, friendly, clean, professional Logo.
We want the logo to have beach style but still professional, any beach element could work. Use your imagination and creativity. (avoid cliché elements like palm trees)

The Company
Aurora Beachfront Realty is our company name. Our company is a Real Estate & Property Investment Brokerage located on the southern coast of Nicaragua. We specialize vacation properties along the coast focusing on the San Juan del Sur area  (see http://www.sanjuandelsur.org.ni, http://www.aurorabeachfront.com/tou…elsur.htm). We also offer Beachfront Vacation Rentals and Property management.
San Juan del Sur is a center of activity for tourism and US ex-patriots in Nicaragua. Activities in San Juan del Sur include surfing, fishing, diving, sailing, and general relaxation. This active yet laid back beach lifestyle is what has been drawing foreigners here.
The growing demand for beachfront investment is pushing us to improve our company's image.
All the staff (owners and workers) are young friendly people, it is like a family and we want the clients to have the same feeling from the beginning.
The design
Our website is http://www.aurorabeachfront.com. Take a look and you can see our current “look†and logo.
The current logo works only with a white background, We would like the new logo to work with different background colors. We have also found that the bright red and blue are hard to work with.
If there is a way to keep similar colors that would work. However, we are open to a new or slightly different color scheme as well. We have sister companies in two other cities in Nicaragua (Managua and leon) and their logos are similar to our current logo. Whatever the new logo is it must fit with these logos in joint marketing efforts.
