Jeremy H B got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Retro camp logo for a house on the lake

Games & Recreational
This is a logo for a personal project. Our house is on a lake and we thought it would be fun to theme it as a camp. The goal would be to put this logo on towels, mugs, and patches. We like the retro camp feel with a touch of modern and have attached a few samples of what we mean. The activities at this camp include: - waterskiing - fishing - canoeing / kayaking - swimming - splashing - grilling - marshmallows - campfires - drinking beer - floating in the water - watching ducks and turtles There are NO mountains anywhere near the lake. Please avoid mountains in the logo. :) The "camp" was established in 2020, so if you take a tradition approach you could say something like "Est. 2020" Long term it would be nice to have a versatile logo that could be used on a bunch of different patches. Imagine one patch for fishing. One for boating. One for grilling. One for swimming. For that reason we played with some ideas of an outer ring that's consistent with content in the middle that changes, but there are other approaches to having common elements which may work better.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their logo design.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
Jeremy H B collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
