We are starting a vacation rental in the Palm Springs area. This is a private home with a pool and hot tub. Since it's located in the high desert, mountains, boulders, agave, bouganvilla, and palm trees are all good themes. Something that also reflects relaxing in the sun and playing in a pool is also a possibility.

This will be a logo we will use on our web site, our stationary, our guest comment cards and on our business cards. Given the logo, I can handle the rest of the design. So the logo just needs to be flexible for those contexts. We are hoping to get something distinctive enough that we can have our own unique identity.

- It should feature the name more prominently than the web address.
- It should contain our website http://www.rockgardenretreat.com
- something that works in grey scale as well as color (if color is used)
- vector format so we can output multiple resolutions for print and web

- something that won't reproduce in grey scale (i.e. all bright vivid colors)
