nugg got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Software\Web\Systems Engineering startup needs logo
Check out nugg's Logo design contest…
I am starting a small software/web/system engineering consultation service. I would like to have a logo that will label my work.
What's your vision?
I just want a simple logo that will give an idea of what company does. I am going to be doing some consultation for clients in the software/web/systems engineering fields. Logo needs to stand out, and mark my work. I am not a designer so all I currently have is at: http://www.markedsystems.com I would like something along those lines, maybe with a 'check mark' included. Maybe tie in a software engineering theme to it. Company name comes from using my first name. I would maybe like something along those lines, but you guys are the professionals so I would love to see what you all come up with!
- simple yet powerful - show what work I do: software, web, engineering, analytics, development.... - design in vector format. I use GIMP.
- clipart - flashy design
