Where we live, we brew
Food & Drink
Design a craft beer logo for Southern Highlands Brewing Co, an Australian brewery located in a rural region in Australia but more akin to the Hamptons in the US or the Home Counties in the UK. The location has rolling hills and is famous for tulips, fog, black angus cattle, kangaroos and more milder/temperate climates than the perceived dry Australian rural regions. It has Celtic influence so those themes welcome. We would like to pick up rural and traditional themes with a modern and cool spin. Not boring! We were thinking of options of illustrative sketches of: • Gumboots - Rustic • Worn Gumboots • Worn Australian Blundstone boots (can google images) • Play on Australian animals/cattle, with gumboots/human features • Beards Please do not use SHBC.."Southern Highlands"need to be prominent. The logo need srelevance to the brief. No generics please Sketches would be very welcome! Anyone want to chance a serious sketch of kangaroo with a cable knit jumper in gum boots?
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors: Greens: Growth, harmony and success. Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury. Yellows: Energy, intellect, fun and youth.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their logo design.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
ben Nv collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
