MCGSquared needed a new logo design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 27 designs submitted by 7 freelance designers.
Tackling Adult Illiteracy
Partnership with local business, football team and nonprofit to raise awareness, volunteers and money to fight adult illiteracy. The organization leading the initiative is extremely outward focused and places service of customers and community as a top priority.
The personality of this campaign is community-centered, giving, informal, fun, and energetic. The campaign is warm and emotionally engaging with an emphasis on success stories and overall community benefits. Our desire is to promote positively without scare tactics.
Target audience includes:
- Community activitists
- Football fans
- Predominantly women

The logo should enforce the excitement of the campaign and engage those viewing it. It should have a warm, fun feel.
The logo should be simple and clean, possibly utilizing football or literacy graphics, but that is not necessary.
It will be utilized in full color and one color versions.
The logo should utilize the colors:
PMS 655U and/or PMS 646U
The final artwork will be high resolution .eps, .jpg and will be used online, in print and in large signage so large files please.
