Looking for very creative design that embodies both bold and strong aspects. A background or foreground glow (radiation, heat trails, or a flare like look are encouraged) I am leaving the color schemes up to the artist (because artists know what looks cool). This color design is for a military grade thermal surveillance systems.
What's your vision?

Creative rendition not involving hawk or eagle will be considered. Artist's professional discression is highly encouraged. Accepted File Formats: ai and vector at a minimum. png, gif, tif and jpeg if reasonable Detail is encouraged, but should be straightforward and reasonably easy to see. Background and foreground may be essential to bringing out the eye-catching aspect. As noted, artist should think of boldness and strength. Design should be very direct.
