Trendy logo for refurbished regional shopping centre

I am looking for creative input from you, both visually and conceptually.

Requirement is for new logo and title for a regional shopping centre, to be provided in raster and vector, full colour (RGB).

The location is Tamworth, NSW, Australia

The Centre is currently undergoing a complete refurbishment, transitioning from a staid, 1980s feel small-town shopping centre, to a 21st century lifestyle-based centre.

Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff)

 

DESIGN NOTES:

 

 

1.      Final design must suit rendering to single colour (mono) and single plus spot

 

2.      Modern 21st century, and stylish

 

3.      More female than male orientated

 

4.      Cosmopolitan and trendy

 

5.      Do not use the word "arcade"

 

6.      May or may not include the word "Tamworth"

 

7.      May or may not include the word "Centre"

 

8.      Produce both a logo and matching words of the centre title

 

9.      Since the centre’s atrium is the most prominent feature of the Centre (see floor plan) and since the street address is Peel Street, “Atrium on Peel†may represent just one of the concept ideas.

 

10.  This project has a tight deadline, DO NOT accept unless you can complete within
2 (TWO) days of acceptance.

 

 

The key attribute of the centre is a glass atrium so the lines of the atrium may well constitute a valid element of the overall design.
