Great to work with! Did an outstanding job to fullfill lots and lots of conditions and took every comment/change to heart. He was able to get from start to a finished design in only 6 iterations so I was able to finish the competition way faster than planed.

Sideshow Interactive is a new game studio that creates RPGs, action games, and first person shooters.
We're looking for a logo inspired by the world of antique carnivals and vaudeville. The logo should feature a sideshow performer-themed character (specific type is not important as long as it's not a clown and left to the designer) and the full name of the company. The overall theme of the logo should be dark, macabre, and a bit creepy, but at the same time cute and charming (à la Tim Burton). A good reference for the carnival vibe we're looking for is the music video for "Carnival of Rust" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKk1u5RMTn4). I've also attached a few graphics and logos we've come across that are along the same lines of the theme we have in mind.
The logo will mostly be used on our website, but will also be on any promotional materials, print advertisements, and game packaging. Due to this, it should work in both full colour and as a single colour. It would also be ideal if the character in the logo could be used as a stand-alone symbol of the brand in addition to as part of the full logo.
