How paulholles11 started their logo & hosted website journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Structural Engineering Consulting. i design shelters, outdoor recreational areas (basketball/tennis courts, skate parks, boardwalks / pedestrian bridges etc. also building structures like schools, halls, portal frames / large sheds. civil structures like retaining walls, stormwater pits, culvert crossings. i do not design any high rise buildings, so i do not want any reference to high rise buildings in the logo. my clients are generally conservative and want a consultant who is efficient and safe.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I'm generally leaning towards blues and maybe greys for the logo but i might be surprised. I don't want my business to look like every other conservative engineering business (of which there are many) but I also am aware that some of my clients and potential clients won't respond well to something that is TOO modern or 'out there'.
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the logo and hosted website?
probably a pretty conventional layout thats easy to navigate. maybe a bar across the top with tabs 'home, about, services, projects, contact'. again colours probably light blues, maybe greys, green, but i am open to ideas. i do particularly like the website below. http://www.fcdesign.com.au/
