We're looking for a cutting-edge magazine front cover. We're looking for an elegant, yet bold design that conveys clarity, prestige, and results-orientation.
Expected deliverables in final package:
- high quality print PDFs
- the native design files (InDesign or Illustrator)
- Any non-standard fonts
All copy in this has been extensively copyedited. Please copy-paste all copy from the word document directly to the design files to retain the integrity of edits, and the work we have put into them.
Margins are 8.5 inches by 11 inches, with a quarter-inch bleed on outside edges (not along the left hand--fold--edge).
Good sources of GENERAL inspiration are...
Harvard Business Review:
We like the use of modern fonts and bold colors.
The issue of the magazine is the "Strategic Planning Issue." The magazine is read by over 15,000 community bank executives in the U.S.
We'd like the focus to be photos of a specific bank, Thomaston Savings Bank--recently featured by Forbes on their list of America's best community banks and credit unions.
Photos of Thomaston Savings Bank and of Steve Lewis (CEO) are attached. The attached copy file has a headline that reads "How They Did It: Thomaston Bank named #1 in customer experience by Forbes".
This should be visually associated with the photo of Steve Lewis.
Please also incorporate the cover copy attached.
Brand colors are: Gold, Silver, Black, and White with pops of red and purple
This magazine is Issue #23, price is $19.97 (see Q2 cover, attached, for placement/formatting of issue and price on cover).
