Construction Specialties of North Florida LLC installs exterior specialties such as screen enclosures, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, fireplaces, fencing, pavers, and seamless gutters. We also take special requests. We are accredited by the Better Business Bureau and the Northeast Florida Builders Association. For the past two years, we have won NEFBA’s best landscape and outdoor amenities under 25,000 award. Consequently, over 25 homebuilders frequently trust us to provide our high quality exterior specialties. As a company, Construction Specialties proudly supports our troops, Builders Care, and Habijax. Our target audience is new homeowners who are looking to add features onto their homes.

We want a dynamic and appealing booklet that advertises our services and communicates our standing as a leader in the north Florida construction industry. Be sure to include our logo, contact information, one or two of our accomplishments, and the causes we support. We want the booklet to be very clean, crisp, and a lot of emphasis on the pirctures of our installs. Definitely include our NEFBA accreditation (see attached logo). The aforementioned mailer should also convey the excellent quality and breadth of our aluminum services. Some pictures of our work are attached. It may be beneficial to include the logos of the associations in which we hold membership (see attachments). Be sure to include the logos provided. Also, refer to the attached document for content ideas.
As for color scheme, we would favor white, gray and navy in accordance with our logo as it conveys trust and loyalty. That said, we remain open to what you would consider the most engaging color scheme. When inserting pictures, make them a shape other than a square. One to three pictures would be nice.
