EASY COMPETITION. Smart Real Estate requires "For Sale" templates

Require two templates to be designed.
1. A full colour 6' x 4' template "For Sale" sign
. (To be errected at the front of the property for sale).
2. A full colour A4 template for property sale brochure for the property. (To be handed to buyers at open houses).

Just need the templates created so we can quickly add photos and send to printers to have the 6' x 4' sign printed and errected for new properties we are selling.

The A4 brochure needs to be ready for us to simply add photos and text and then print quickly in house.

Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff)

You can download our company logo, from our temporary website (currently under construction) at http://www.smartrealestate.com.au

We would prefer there to be 4 photos on both the 6' x 4' sign template and the A4 brochure template. Preferably one large pic in the middle centre for the main photo and three other great photos showing the property. However we wll look at other photo arrangements.

Needs to have space for bullet points to explain the main points of the property. Also require space for agents name and contact details.   

Please email me at brad@smartrealestate.com.au and I will email you examples of another company I worked for and the work we did there. I will also email you four photos you can use for the templates in your entries.

This should be very easy, as Im giving you most of the materials and ideas. Just want a fresh modern look and feel for brochure to hand to buyers for all properties we sell. The sign needs to stand out for people driving by the property. ie inviting so they will stop and read the details and then call for an inspection of the property.
