What's your vision?
Tagline: When time is critical, Firsthelp is on your side. Desired Color Scheme: Red/White/Black? JUST SUGGESTIONS Desired Style: Happy to see your creativity. Accepted File Formats: Adobe Illustrator,Jpeg, Photoshop The product is a medical bracelet/necklace that holds your medical information in a USB form. All that is required is anyone to simply plug the USB into any computer, and the info displayed will give you all their current medical details. The saving of this time for medical personnel or the ambulance can help to save a life. We need a sticker, to alert people that they are wearing such a device, to put on their car, fridge or front window at home. The size needs to be 12cm wide x 8 cm high. We would like the logo included. eg..I'm wearing Firsthelp, please locate and use in an Emergency. Please stick to logo colors. See attachments at: See links below Be creative and eye catching. We also need the same design on a credit card to put into a wallet. Size 8.5 cm wide and 5.5 cm High The last thing required is the backing card for the device. The measurements are 14 cm wide x 17cm high. Front and back, but it has to be like one piece of card folded at the top so that we can pack the stickers in between the two sides. So its one piece of printing. So the backside is upside down to first look at, until its folded into the clear blister pack. Please leave a space of 11 cm x 2cm for the device that sits in the packaging. Either in the middle, or where you design it. It can sit horizontal or diag across the backing card. Please contact me if you don't understand my explaination. The front will need to advertise the device, and that its a new product. We would like it to be creative and eye catching. Selling points of the device. Website. Please see: http://intelligenthealthsystems.com.au/FirstHelp_Info.zip The pictures of the device do not need to be on the packaging. The backside should include: Barcode area 93 356 07000 100. Website. selling points. Whats included: Device, stickers and wallet card. Again, we are very open to suggestions. http://intelligenthealthsystems.com.au/FirstHelp_Info.zip or contact me.

Shearyadi did an incredible job with this design. His was able to clearly understand what I was looking for with my logo design and achieved the minimalist look that I was hoping for. He was very quick with his responses to messages and provided valuable input during the design process. I would strongly recommend others work with Shearyadi!
