New Header to fit current website

We are wanting a completed graphic for a new and improved header for our website. It must be able to fit with exisiting layout and colour scheme and LOOK like it all flows.

We feel our current header is not professional enough and do not want to risk a complete new layout in one go.  We want a new header ONLY that portrays "Car Hire" but is a step above our current graphic standard.  We feel it currently looks amatuer and could be improved by a good graphic artist. 

We have a NEW logo that we wish to use with the NEW header which you can view here:

Header Cannot be any bigger - must be same size as currently on the website.

We need be able to put text lines over the top as with current one.

The winner must provide the header in adobe format  and .jpg format.

- Something new no-one else has on thier car hire website- take a look at our competition and come up with something better!  just google "car hire australia"
- Header must be same size - this is a straigh replacement we are after
- Allow for us to be able to put TEXT writing over top of graphic like we currently do on the website
- Incorporate the NEW logo as per above in description
- Please make it look like it is part of the website not an addon or seperate graphic
- once winner declared (and paid!) must provide adobe and jpeg format.

- I dont want somebody elses work - only original work please
- I new no-one else has on thier car hire website- take a look at our competition and come up with something better!
- Cute or Silly - we are a serious player in the online car hire market - I dont mind clever but not silly.
