Need a reskin created for advertising company! *LINK FIXED*

I need someone to create a reskin for me. It's for M&M's - and will be seen on my site www.ICYDK.com on 2/24.

Accepted File Formats: Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png) I need someone to create a reskin for an advertising company of mine.  It is for M&M's and will run on 2/24.  I need it done relatively quickly - so I can get it approved. It's a M&M's ad - for the Oscars.  As far as direction, : http://www.mms.com/us/academyawards/ (M&M’s celebrate the Academy Awards) a generic wall paper with M&M images will do along with the premiere date of the Oscars. Creative Direction: This premiering on Oscars night. Ms. Green (the green M&M) is their spokes M&M who is covering the Oscars. The agency’s creative agency FTP’d their assets: ftp://green.giworldwide.com/ Click on directory: dropbox then click on directory: glam images username: dropbox password: dropbox1 All of the images you need are in there. I don't know anything about reskins - so I'm not sure what size it should be.  It should be compatible with most everyone's computer screen's.  I guess let me know if you need anything else...
