new (simple) homepage re-design

I run an internet marketing company (teaching internet marketing). We already have a site and logos, I just want to do a face-lift on our home page of our site.

people trying to make money online...

Ok - first off, here are our current logo files - I don't want these changed as we've been using them for years, but you will need them for your design:

Next, I want to make a very simple and clean look when people first come to my site - VERY similar to this page: http://income.com/

I do want the light color scheme similar to income.com.

Here are the important elements:

1st - I'd like to have our current logo across the top
2nd - under that I'd like the tag line:
Internet Marketing Finally Made Easy

3rd - I need a button somewhere at the top that says, "Customer / Member Login"

4th - somewhere I need an "opt-in" box with a headline and an optin box (similar to this page: http://www.foreximpact.com/reports/89percent/) - just use "lorum itsum" for the copy because i'm not sure yet what it will be.

5th - we have 4 main sections to our site - i'd like some kind of icon/image/button (similar to income.com or the layout of blogger.com)
for each section. - I also LOVE these style icons: http://www.monetizedesigncenter.com…ftware.jpg

- Products
- Membership
- Coaching
