My target audience is architects, engineers, facility planners, contractors and construction managers.

I need to create a web page that will display data analytics from my mobile apps, specifically the first app, SAFETY. There will be essentially 8 questions which will need to be displayed graphically. The sleeker and cleaner the design the better. If the winner is chosen there are approximately 50 more designs to be completed in the next 18 months which may be done via 1:1 contest if I like the design.

The first mobile application, SAFETY, provides safety checklists to users and organizations. A new web page will need to be created that answers the following questions:
1. How many checklists were completed the past 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and YTD? There should be a way to graph the information by person and by project.
2. How many open issues are over 7, 30 days and greater than 30 days outstanding? There should be a way to graph the information by person and by project.
3. How many safety caetgories were reviewed over the past 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and YTD? There should be a way to graph the information by person and by project.
4. There should be a way to rank employees by the information in each section above.
5. Plot the number of incident reports per person and by project.
6. Plot the number of days from an incident to when an incident report is filled out.
7. Display the average number of checklists completed per work day (perhaps on a calendar) which should be filtered by person and by project.8.
9. We will need to develop reports (pdf documents) for each of the items above (pdf). There should also be a quarterly report that can be created.

Bar charts and pie charts are fine but I would prefer something with a little more "wow factor".
